I recently DX with aplastic anemia and am preparing immunosuppressent treatment therapy but what frightens me, that the side effects that the increased risk of tumors and cancer. I need information and comfort Can anyone help please? Thank you in advance.

The risks and benefits of treatment of any kind must be considered.
Aplastic is a severe and potentially fatal disease. Doctors are obligated to tell all the side effects known to man. Most side effects occur, or which are manageable. Herself aplastic anemia may be associated with an increased risk of cancer in combination.
If left untreated, can die from aplastic anemia. Pray that you live long enough to make about cancer.
